Tenure-Track Faculty
Position: The Management Department in the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University invites applications for two tenure track positions in Organization Behavior/Human Resources at the Assistant Professor level and one at the Associate Professor level to begin as early as August 2026. New assistant professors are given minimal service assignments, reduced teaching loads, and generous summer support to allow them to develop their research programs. Candidates at the Associate Professor level must have a well-established research record and demonstrated quality teaching experience. Salary is competitive for a comprehensive research university and contingent on available funding.
Qualifications: By Fall 2026, candidates should hold a Ph.D. in Management or a related field. Candidates for the position should demonstrate strong research potential, preferably with an established record of top-tier publication activity. We expect faculty members to pursue an active research program, help supervise doctoral students, and perform either undergraduate or graduate-level teaching. We have a strong preference for candidates who are pursuing high-impact research and who can work well with others in our collegial department.
Application: Applicants need to upload a letter of interest, CV, and contact information for three references. Inquiries about the position may be directed to Dr. Nikos Dimotakis, nikos@okstate.edu, or Dr. Federico Aime, aime@okstate.edu

Our department was ranked in the Top 20 in the TAMUGA rankings in three of the last four years with a 5-year average rank of 25th among all management departments in the country.
In addition, members of our faculty currently serve as Associate Editors or on editorial boards of leading journals. Senior faculty are committed to mentoring junior faculty. Management faculty teach at the undergraduate, masters, and doctoral levels. The doctoral program is an important component of the department; doctoral students work closely with faculty and successfully publish in top-tier outlets prior to graduation and we have a successful record of high-quality placements for our doctoral graduates.
