About this Position
Made up of instructional designers and academic assistants, the Office of Curriculum and Educational Support (OCES) has been created for the centralized management of curriculum delivery, instructional design, course level assessment, evaluations, faculty development, student support, and more. OCES provides daily and long-term support for faculty and student efforts while creating efficiencies that allow faculty more time to focus on teaching, research and clinical practice.
OCES is in search of a team member who will be responsible for curricular support that includes management of courses, exams, grades, and evaluations in curriculum management system (Leo). Provides support to instructors of record in proctoring exams for students with accommodations and make-up exams. Prepares correspondence for the office as requested. Assist faculty, staff, and students with administrative curricular tasks and other administrative duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School/GED (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)

HS/GED and 3 years of clerical/customer experience. Post-secondary education may substitute for years of required experience.
- Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:
Excellent comfort working in the PC environment, including excellent technical skills in new versions of computer software including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other presentation or multimedia software); knows or demonstrates the ability to learn specialty software, such as ExamSoft, Leo, iClicker, and Nearpod. Ability to multitask and respond in a timely way to faculty with diverse responsibilities must possess the ability to safeguard confidential information.
