About this Position
GENERAL SUMMARY:
The primary function of this position is to maintain the course inventory in Banner, build and manage the semester class schedule, and oversee the reverse transfer process. This position will also overlap with the day-to-day operational and advising duties of the Admissions office; and manages the filing system for the Admissions & Registrar offices.
Required Qualifications
Education:
- Associate Degree from an accredited college or university required.
- Other combinations of relative experience and education may be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience:
- Proven history of demonstrating ethical and professional behavior.
- One to three years of relevant experience in a high volume customer service environment, preferably in a college or university setting.
- Familiarity with Banner or other SIS operating systems a plus.
Certifications, Registrations, and/or Licenses:
- Valid Oklahoma driver’s license will be required if performing the functions of the position necessitates the use of a personal or university vehicle.

- Proficient with office technologies including but not limited to Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.
- Ability to train new or other personnel in essential admissions and registrar functions and policies.

- Excellent listening skills and customer responsiveness are essential, continually incorporating feedback, ideas and requests.
