About this Position

The Graduate Medical Education (GME) Institutional Coordinator provides high-level administrative and operational support for the Sponsoring Institution’s GME programs. This role coordinates institutional processes, ensures compliance with ACGME requirements, and supports accreditation and program oversight.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's
    • In Health professions education, Public health, Healthcare administration, Nursing or Allied Health.
            (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
  • Quality improvement, patient safety, or regulatory compliance

Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's
  • Experience with ACGME accreditation and CLER
  • Familiarity with healthcare quality and patient safety frameworks
  • Experience working with residents, fellows, and faculty
  • Certification in patient safety, quality improvement, or medical education (e.g., CPHQ, CPPS) is a plus
