Hiring Range

$18.27 - $20.56, Hourly

About this Position

Provide day-to-day program and administrative support for accredited Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities. Collect course content and speaker requirements for various CME activities. Facilitate Zoom webinars and provide support for virtual and in-person educational activities. Assist with the technical and functional day-to-day operations of the CME office’s Learning Management System. Support the planning and execution of conferences and other educational activities hosted by the CME office. Represent the CME office at conferences and other events by exhibiting and promoting available CME programs and services. Attend professional development opportunities to expand knowledge of CME practices, accreditation requirements, and industry trends.  

Required Qualifications

  • High School/GED (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
  • Two years' college or technical training or equivalent experience.

Certifications, Registrations, and/or Licenses:

  • Valid OK Driver License.

Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:

  • Strong communication, analysis, and negotiation skills
  • Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's
    • Two years' college or technical training or equivalent experience.
  • Two years’ experience in an office or educational setting
  • Experience with American Osteopathic Association (AOA) and/or Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) CME accreditation requirements 
  • Experience working with CloudCME
