Hiring Range
Licensed Practical Nurse: $21.00-$23.63/hour
Medical Assistant: $17.00-$19.13/hour

About this Position
Assists physicians and staff in the delivery of patient care as directed following established methods, procedures and standards. Under minimum supervision, utilizes a systematic approach to patient care incorporating the following: assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. May occasionally be requested to float to other Family Medicine clinics to assist in covering patient load
Required Qualifications
- Vocational/Technical
Registered Medical Assistant/Certified Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse
(degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date) -
At least six (6) months previous front and back-office experience in a health clinic setting or equivalent experience
Certifications, Registrations, and/or Licenses:
- Current Registered Medical Assistant/Certified Medical Assistant/Licensed Practical Nurse licensure required in the state of OK.
- Current CPR certification
- Valid Driver's License

Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:
- Skill in delivery of patient care and procedures; medication administration, triage experience, direct patient care.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy required.
- Ability to learn new processes, tools, and equipment as required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Working Conditions
Possible exposure to hazardous material, hot and cold, blood borne pathogens.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and assist patients, both adults and children, observe patients visually, and communicate verbally. Ability to stand, bend stretch, stoop, kneel, balance, crouch, walk and run with or without reasonable accommodations
