The Resident Director (RD) is responsible for the general management of a student housing community consisting of 300 to 600 residents. The RD will be responsible for conflict mediation, student conduct, and programming for assigned buildings and share responsibility for campus-wide training, selection, departmental committees, and on-call coverage.
