Officed in the heart of campus, the OSU Student Union, this position reports to the Manager of Operations and Strategic Initiatives, while working closely with the Division of Student Affairs and the campus-wide Career Services network to manage all internal and external marketing & communications efforts for the department. This individual will develop communications for multiple different audiences (students, alumni, staff, faculty, stakeholders and employers), while ensuring brand consistency and exploring available avenues to maximize exposure. Manage a team of student employees to ensure graphic design quality and social media reach for all programs, events and services.

Payroll Systems Analyst - 001730 in Langston
The Payroll Systems Analyst oversees the end-to-end Student Employment and Student Payroll process for Langston University. This position is responsible for managing the University’s Student Employment Program, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and federal/state employment regulations, and maintaining accuracy in student payroll processing. The Payroll Systems Analyst also provides technical oversight for electronic timesheets, payroll redistributions, and electronic personnel action forms (EPAFs), as well as serves as a backup for faculty and staff payroll functions. This position plays a key role in bridging Human Resources, Payroll, and Financial Aid functions to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payroll operations for all student employees.

Benefits Representative in Stillwater
Serves as the first point of contact for students and employees with benefits-related questions or concerns by providing exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, processing requests, and directing individuals to the appropriate specialist or vendor when needed. Develops an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the OSU A&M benefit and retirement plans as well as the OSU student health plan in order to administer plans in accordance with plan documents, policies and/or federal and state regulations; i.e. determine eligibility, determine allowable changes to plan elections, and adhere to various federally mandated regulations and limits. Assists employees in resolving benefit issues utilizing direct contact with various departments, payroll, technical teams, and vendors. Identifies potential system-wide benefit issues and proactively escalates as necessary to resolve further misapplication or miscommunication of OSU benefit plans. Presents benefit and retirement information at New Hire Orientation, annual enrollment benefit meetings and other benefits-related events. Must adhere to confidentiality practices established and regulated through HIPAA. Participates in a rotational set of duties; i.e. health default, departmental inbox, LTD purge. Must become a Notary and will be required to notarize documents as necessary.

Graphic Designer I in Stillwater
The Graphic Designer works closely with the Housing and Residential Life Communications Coordinator to provide support in the creative communication, graphic design, videos and overall strategic marketing for all Housing and Residential Life projects. Design services will reflect established graphic and visual standards, based on university, departmental and program philosophy. The graphic designer works independently and creatively to design and produce unique, attention-getting marketing materials and is the lead designer. Delegates work to student staff, provides constructive feedback, and oversees timeliness and create work. All other duties as assigned.
