They are responsible for accurately logging all selected ingredients, developing specifications, and verifying that these ingredients can be successfully used in production while adhering to food safety and regulatory standards. Responsible for completing specific and detailed administrative duties in support of this position and team, to include updating databases, distributing data electronically and in-person, ordering essential resources and supplies and completing other food services duties in support of the department.
