      This position serves as the Independent Living/Social Coordinator for the Sooner Works program, an Inclusive Postsecondary Education (IPSE) program for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Coordinator is responsible for supporting and supervising students in their independent living and social development, while promoting inclusive, person-centered practices across campus and community settings. The Coordinator will teach inclusive education courses, facilitate skill development in the areas of independent living and support students in navigating residential and campus life. This position also plays a key role in creating inclusive social opportunities, fostering peer connections, and ensuring students are meaningfully engaged in campus and community experiences.

      ICD Student Teacher Aide (Fall) in Norman

      OU’s Institute of Child Development (ICD) Laboratory Preschool is looking for part-time teacher aides. The responsibilities for this position include assisting in the classroom where needed; engaging in highquality interaction with children and families; promoting children’s learning and development; supporting the needs of children, families, and other staff at the ICD; helping to maintain classroom ratio; assisting in providing a calm and positive learning environment for children, providing office assistance; aiding with daily school operations (e.g., assisting with food preparation; giving teachers breaks, setting up classroom learning environments, doing laundry, cleaning, etc.). The hours may vary, but will likely be either a morning shift (8:30am - 12:30pm) or an afternoon shift (1:00pm - 5:00pm) Monday through Friday.
