The Office of Advocacy and Education (OAE) Peer Educators are responsible for providing campus-wide education to currently enrolled OU students. OAE Peer Educators have the opportunity to facilitate various presentations, workshops, and outreach events and assist with social media and graphic design campaigns related to: gender-based violence prevention, substance misuse prevention, sexual health, hazing prevention, and other general health and wellness topics. Peer Educators will be trained and certified under national NASPA standards and have access to other professional development opportunities and resources.

ICD Student Teacher Aide (Fall) in Norman
OU’s Institute of Child Development (ICD) Laboratory Preschool is looking for part-time teacher aides. The responsibilities for this position include assisting in the classroom where needed; engaging in highquality interaction with children and families; promoting children’s learning and development; supporting the needs of children, families, and other staff at the ICD; helping to maintain classroom ratio; assisting in providing a calm and positive learning environment for children, providing office assistance; aiding with daily school operations (e.g., assisting with food preparation; giving teachers breaks, setting up classroom learning environments, doing laundry, cleaning, etc.). The hours may vary, but will likely be either a morning shift (8:30am - 12:30pm) or an afternoon shift (1:00pm - 5:00pm) Monday through Friday. This position will be for the Spring OU academic calendar. Must pass a comprehensive post-offer, pre-employment criminal and fingerprint background check, and a continued successful status will be verified by periodic future background checks.

Community Assistant/Office Assistant - Residence Life (Fall) in Norman
Community Assistants and Office Assistants: The Community Assistant (CA) position is an hourly student role that primarily supports the front desk operations in residence hall lobbies and Traditions apartment clubhouses. Community Assistants serve as a key point of contact for residents and guests, providing excellent customer service and helping maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-organized community space. This position typically includes evening and weekend shifts, with schedules ranging between 10–20 hours per week. Community Assistants report directly to the Residence Life Operations Coordinator. Office Assistants: This position helps maintain an organized and welcoming office environment while supporting the Residence Life staff with day-to-day administrative and operational needs. This position’s hours are typically Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Schedule is approximately 20 hours/week. These staff members work in the residence halls or Traditions apartments, reporting directly to the applicable area's Residence Life Team and the Residence Life Operations Coordinator.
