      Student Facility Attendant (Summer) in Norman

      Fitness and Recreation strive to help all student employees develop their career readiness upon graduation. Student Employees are applying academic learning by developing workforce competencies, per The National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) guidelines. The Facility Attendant is responsible for monitoring the facility floor of the Sarkeys Fitness Center during operational hours. This responsibility includes, but is not limited to, addressing member concerns, ensuring policies are followed, cleaning duties and responding to emergency situations. May assist with supervising support personnel including other exempt employees including Program or Project Coordinators. Assists with selecting, training, delegating tasks, and conducting performance appraisals. Performs various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the function of the position.
