What you will do: Perform patrols of the facility and grounds to identify safety and security problems and acts as a deterrent to theft and vandalism. Respond to disasters, fire, and emergencies. Provides care and first aid. Communicate and interface with university police or other emergency service providers in emergencies and for routine support.       Responsible for shipping, receiving, delivery and storage of various materials following established standards related to a full-service restaurant. This full-time staff member is responsible for the inventory and par levels in the storeroom, production areas, and walk-in units, as well as keeping these areas clean and organized. This position will report to the Kitchen Supervisors and Executive Chef positions and will support all areas of the restaurant while abiding by the core purpose and core values of Food Services. Will be required to complete accurate inventory counts, store and rotate food products, unload pallets of inventory to the appropriate and approved locations throughout the restaurant, and other duties as assigned. Considered essential personnel and required to work if needed during University closures. Position works in an active production kitchen environment.
