The PM Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining smooth daily operations by monitoring food quality, managing supplies, supporting financial processes, and providing excellent customer service. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced dining environment. · Coordinates food preparation and serving of food. Monitors food preparation methods, portion sizes, and presentation of the food. · Oversees inventory and procurement. Ensures adequate supplies, materials and equipment are available. · Monitors the safety and cleanliness of the facility and equipment.
