    Lead Temporary Airport Welcome Student Employee (Fall) in Norman

    To assist the University of Oklahoma with welcoming new international students at the Will Rogers International Airport. Students will work directly with the Assistant Director of Programming to organize student airport workers, schedules, and facilitate OU-sponsored international student transportation. This position is temporary and will only be active during August of 2026 (employment dates are tentatively Thursday, August 6th – Wednesday, August 16th.) Hired students must attend mandatory training on Friday, August 7th.

    The College of International Studies is seeking to hire students to fill the Community Assistant position at the Rooney Family Center (RFC) in Arezzo, Italy for the upcoming semester. The OU in Arezzo (OUA) semester position is a part-time, short-term job offered to students currently enrolled in a semester OUA program. Selected students will be scheduled for a maximum of 10-20 hours per week. The date range is August 27 – December 19, 2026.

    Student Office Assistant (Fall) in Norman

    Office Assistants (OAs) provide front desk reception and student services at the Student Learning Center's locations, including Lissa and Cy Wagner Hall, the Cross Learning Center (Cross Village A), and various sites across campus. OA duties include: Student check-in and check-out Checking resources in and out Answering questions about SLC programs Managing phone duties and session coordination Maintaining clean, organized spaces and handling equipment setup and storage OAs are required to attend the following training sessions at the start of each semester: New Member Onboarding / Basic Training — Prior to the start of classes (scheduled based on student availability) Monthly Training Conference — Once per month on the last Friday (date TBA) OAs create a welcoming, inviting atmosphere across all center locations and online sessions. They also play an integral role in data collection, tracking every student's visit and performing accurate data entry and corrections in iAdvise.

    Payroll System and Data Analyst in Oklahoma City

    This position would support both OU campuses. Manage ACA compliance data and ensure accurate and timely reporting. Act as a crucial link between payroll, HR, and IT departments, playing a key role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of the organization's payroll and timekeeping systems and processes. Duties: Timekeeping - Troubleshoot/test/track and work with the vendors/IT/HR for OU timekeeping systems Ecotime and Workforce. PeopleSoft Maintenance Support - Lead system updates for the payroll teams to include, but not limited to, PeopleSoft quarterly tax system updates, annual Tools/Pum updates, troubleshoot/test/track PeopleSoft system issues/enhancements in Jira ticketing system, working with IT and HR. Responsible for ACA Compliance and Reporting for OU - Work with HR and IT to ensure the files feed to the University ACA vendor are accurate and timely. Analyze data and compliance requirements working with HR for law required actions. Verify year end data and reporting for all ACA requirements. Review/Publish 1095c forms. Payroll Statistics - Update and create payroll queries and reports to analyze trends and report to leadership. Other Duties - Performs various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the function of the position.

    Resource Development Intern (Fall) in Norman

    The Resource Development Intern is responsible for acting as the event aid and point of contact for the committee working on the Juliette Low Leadership Society (JLLS) Luncheon, the council’s largest fundraising event. This person is responsible for helping with donor portfolios related to both JLLS and the Women’s College World Series (WCWS) ‘Park for a Purpose’ fundraising initiatives. This role assists with event logistics and planning, supports the Spring Campaign, and ensures thoughtful, consistent stewardship of donors to strengthen relationships and grow support. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Assists the volunteer committee for JLLS, including organizing logistics, timelines, and goals of the JLLS Luncheon Supports the planning and implementation of logistics for the WCWS ‘Park for a Purpose’ Supports Camp Trivera Manager in the planning of the WCWS event, including volunteer recruitment and sponsorships Responsible for assisting in donor recognition for JLLS and WCWS Effectively represents the organization with corporate and individual donors, building and enhancing current and future collaborative relationships by providing high quality customer service to donors, members, volunteers, staff, and other community contacts Performs other duties as assigned
