Building Operations Coordinator in Norman
The University Libraries seeks a Building Operations Coordinator for OU Norman campus library facilities. This position will: Assist with the coordination of building security operations and facility maintenance. Coordinate maintenance of facilities and infrastructure including equipment maintenance. Monitor building and infrastructure systems and reports and facilitates response to facility emergencies and equipment failures. Perform or facilitate light maintenance, cleaning and minor repairs. Serve as building resource coordinator. Assist in determining needed response to facility and equipment issues. Coordinate small projects, working with vendors and contractors to ensure that work is completed on time and according to specifications. Coordinate routine maintenance with OU Facilities Management, working with all trades and custodial personnel. Work closely with library security vendor on hiring, training and scheduling of library security guards. Maintain and update policies and procedures including library emergency and business continuity plans. Other applicable duties as assigned.
