Adelaide University is seeking two Lecturers in Cyber Security experts in AI Security and Secure Software Engineering to join the School of Computer Science and Information Technology, to contribute to both teaching and research.

Experience
To join our community and thrive in this role, you will likely have the following skills and experience:
Essential
- PhD in Computer Science in Cyber Security
- Strong track record of publications in high-quality scientific journals or other dissemination venues in Cyber Security
- Demonstrated ability to teach effectively using evidence-based pedagogy and promotes student engagement
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English with students and staff
- Ability to carry work in highly collaborative team environments
- Ability to carry out administrative duties effectively and efficiently as directed by line manager
- Commitment to the principles of equity, diversity and inclusion, and ability to contribute to the diversity of the school community
Desirable
- Experience with industry engagement, participation in competitive research grants
Specific to the full-time continuing position
- Demonstrated ability to conduct research in AI Security systems, attack surfaces, agents, adversarial systems in AI, AI in Cyber security
Specific to the full-time 2.5 year fixed term contract
- Demonstrated ability to conduct research in secure software engineering, secure coding, fuzzing, vulnerability detection, IoT security and cyber-physical systems, security operations, and incident response
