Work that matters

In this role, you will provide end-to-end project management for the development and delivery of an industry-based microcredential. You will lead planning, stakeholder engagement, and risk management to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and successful delivery.

The team

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Education Solutions, this role sits within the Education Solutions sub-function in Learning Futures, which develops microcredentials and short courses that strengthen the University's modular curriculum capability and extend its educational reach to industry, government, and community partners.

Experience

To join our community and thrive in this role, you will likely have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, ensuring time, cost, and quality indicators are achieved
  • Experience in developing and implementing risk management strategies, including mitigation and contingency planning
  • Demonstrated proficiency in creating and implementing consultation strategies to engage key stakeholders and maintain strong networks across the University
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing regular project update reports and high-level progress reports for managers and stakeholders, and reviewing completed projects for benefit realisation
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders and collaborators to provide advice, guide decision-making, and secure cooperation and engagement in program delivery
