Work that matters
As the Knowledge and Compliance Officer, you will support Colleges and Portfolios to embed consistent and compliant pay and entitlement practices across Adelaide University. Reporting to the Change Specialist, you will deliver local education, training and awareness activities, provide guidance to managers and staff, and support the adoption of compliant practices. You will maintain accurate and accessible knowledge resources, including guidance materials, FAQs and knowledge articles, manage and triage enquiries, and escalate matters to subject matter experts where required. You will also support compliance tracking, reporting and document governance to monitor training, engagement and ongoing compliance.

This role forms part of the Change and Education Stream within the Pay Accuracy and Entitlement Program and is aligned to the People and Culture Portfolio within the University.

Experience
To join our community and thrive in this role, you will likely have the following skills and experience:
- In administration, learning support, compliance coordination or knowledge management
- Delivering training and education activities and evaluating their effectiveness through learner engagement and knowledge transfer measures
- Managing multiple initiatives and delivering outcomes within established timeframes.
- Proven ability to apply strong attention to detail and manage documentation accurately
- Use of Microsoft 365 tools to support coordination, tracking and reporting activities.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information appropriately and work to deadlines
