Your Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain client relationships
- Act as key point of contact and ‘system subject matter expert’ for clients
- Prepare and educate clients in relation to system upgrades and improvements
- Proactively provide input to product upgrades and development
- Prepare and manage Statements of Work for clients
- Actively support and contribute to your team
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Understanding of web based software applications
- Exceptional client service experience
- Strong Communication Skills
- Experience in recruitment or a technical Product environment
- Tertiary qualifications in HR / IT / Business
- Resilience and determination
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to your clients changing needs
