This role is a key part of our Consumer Transformation journey, focused on improving how we engage with customers through clear, empathetic, and effective communications. You’ll work within a scaled agile environment, collaborating across squads to deliver high-impact, customer-first solutions.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading the end-to-end delivery of communication initiatives, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and rock-solid governance
- Championing customer-centric design and ensuring communications are clear, relevant, and impactful
- Prioritising and sequencing work to maximise value and align with business objectives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive value and innovation
- Maintaining oversight of a portfolio of initiatives to ensure successful implementation
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in product ownership or project delivery
- Strong background in customer experience or communications
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
