Suncorp Graduate Program 2026 - Underwriting

About the Program
Over two years, you’ll complete six-monthly rotations within our Commercial & Personal Injury Insurance team, gaining hands-on experience across the full underwriting lifecycle. Rotations are structured to support you to:
- Master underwriting: assess, price, and manage a portfolio of commercial insurance products.
- Build trusted relationships: work with brokers and clients to negotiate and deliver tailored solutions.
- See the bigger picture: gain exposure to claims, legal, and other teams to understand the entire insurance value chain.
- Grow your commercial acumen: manage real-world portfolios, analyse risks, and contribute to strategic decisions.
- Collaborate across Suncorp: connect with experts to create smarter, customer-focused risk solutions.
Who can apply?
- Full working rights in Australia
- Studying or have studied at an Australian or New Zealand university
- Completed a minimum of bachelor's degree within the last two years (2023, 2024 or 2025), or will complete prior to the program commencing
- Minimum ‘pass’ grade
Preferred Degrees: Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Engineering (or related disciplines)
