Insurance
Shape the future of insurance by gaining broad exposure across the full insurance value chain, from customer service and claims to portfolio management and underwriting.

  • Rotation options: 
    • Customer experience: Gain first-hand understanding of customer needs and frontline operations 
    • Portfolio management: developing strategic and analytical skills 
    • Underwriting: building technical expertise in risk assessment and pricing 
  • Preferred degrees: Commerce, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Studies 
  • Skills we value: Strong numerical and analytical thinking, curiosity, adaptability, resilience and a desire to build a long-term career in insurance 
 

Technology
Be part of a team delivering the technology that powers Suncorp. Experience different roles, from supporting live systems to working on change initiatives, and develop your technical capability through rotations in areas like engineering, automation, and data. 

  • Rotation options: Full stack engineering, data engineering, test engineering, and business analysis, aligned with your interests and strengths. 
  • Preferred degrees: Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Science, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, or related technical disciplines 
  • Skills we value: Strong technical and logical thinking, interest in AI capabilities, cloud, and automation; adaptability, eagerness to learn; Salesforce or JavaScript/TypeScript a plus. 

Who can apply? 

  • Full working rights in New Zealand  
  • Studying or have studied at an Australian or New Zealand university  
  • Completed a minimum of bachelor's degree within the last two years (2023, 2024 or 2025), or will complete prior to program commencing  
  • Minimum ‘pass’ grade.
