About the role
We’re looking for a Chapter Lead, Full-Stack and Digital Correspondence to drive capability, uplift engineering standards, and foster technical excellence. You'll bring domain expertise particularly in customer communications management and digital correspondence and play a key role in growing and mentoring a team of engineers to deliver secure, scalable, and customer-centric solutions. Working closely with Chapter Leads and Player Coaches, you’ll shape our chapter roadmap, embed best practices, and contribute hands-on where needed to support full-stack and digital correspondence initiatives.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop a team of engineers, providing technical direction and best practices
- Recruit, mentor and retain Chapter members supporting career growth and performance management
- Drive strategic capability uplift across digital correspondence and full-stack engineering disciplines
- Enable continuous delivery and automation practices to enhance delivery speed and efficiency
- Support delivery of resilient, low-latency digital platforms and services
- Provide technical oversight and incident support for CCM platforms and integrated systems
What you'll bring
- 8+ years in technology, including 4+ years leadership within complex environments
- Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing engineering teams
- Experience with EasySuite software and digital correspondence platform integrations highly regarded
- Strong technical foundation in Java, Spring Boot, and scripting (Python, Groovy, Bash)
- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and TDD practices (Maven, Jenkins, Git, JUnit)
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, SNS, SQS, CloudWatch, DynamoDB)
