Are you a data-driven workforce planning expert? As our Senior Workforce Lead, you’ll play a critical role in optimising workforce capacity, improving efficiency and ensuring we have the right people in the right roles at the right time to meet our customer’s needs.

Using data driven insights, you’ll analyse workforce trends, develop capacity plans, and provide strategic recommendations to optimise staffing and productivity while managing costs. You’ll work closely with senior leaders across the business, challenging traditional ways of working and driving continuous improvement. Your expertise in forecasting, workforce modelling, and analytics will help shape smarter, more efficient workforce strategies. Partnering with key stakeholders, you’ll align workforce plans with business objectives to ensure long-term success.

To succeed in this role, we’d love you to have:

  • Expertise in workforce forecasting, capacity planning and workforce modelling.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel and BI capabilities.
  • The ability to translate complex workforce data into clear insights for senior stakeholders.
  • A track record of driving efficiency improvements in large complex workforce environments. (Banking, Insurance or Contact Centre Operations preferred)
  • Proven experience working within organisations undergoing change and transformation, with the ability to navigate evolving business landscapes and drive operational improvements.
  • Ability to challenge existing processes and ways of thinking to optimise staffing levels, enhance productivity whilst reducing costs.
  • Demonstrate exceptional resilience, adaptability and efficiency in fast-paced environments.
