About the opportunity

Join our Access & Payment Systems Team to provide support and find solutions for Cards and ATM related issues. This is an exciting role as you will get the opportunity to work closely with staff across the bank, build strong internal relationships, have involvement in both operational and project work all whilst working in a supportive team who will value your input and experience.

In this role you’ll get to…

  • Provide specialist support services supporting escalations for Bank’s cardholders, branch network and other head office departments.  
  • Provide second level phone and email support for internal and external customers.
  • Develop a working understanding of how card payments and related features are enabled for our customers
  • Complete a range of operational tasks related to cards and ATM services.
  • Ensuring we deliver high-quality customer service.

What you’ll bring to the role

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Ideally you’ll have a background in customer service or in a support role with the understanding of providing excellent customer service.
  • Passionate about building effective relationships in your team, the wider community at the bank via face to face channels as well as phone, email and virtually.
  • Flexible and ability to adapt to change. With the ability to quickly grasp new concepts. You’ll have an eagerness to learn & continually improve.
  • Demonstrated time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as individually.
  • Reconciliation, administrative and processing skills.

We offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model of a minimum of 40% of your week in the office, increasing to 60% in July 2025.
