Technology Risk assists the business make informed choices about risks to systems and information. IT Service Continuity Management ensures that appropriate testing is performed for the recovery of critical systems across the Bank. This safeguards our business and helps leverage new opportunities in a confident and secure manner that form the basis of success for our customers, people, partners and communities.
About the role
As Senior Manager IT Service Continuity and reporting to Head of Technology Risk you will deliver effective IT service continuity services and provide support and leadership to the function and team, ensuring that appropriate controls are in place around service continuity management and service recovery testing.
You’ll get to:
- Work with a range of internal and external stakeholders in the development of service continuity controls and perform IT Service Continuity testing
- Drive the continuous improvement of the IT Service Continuity program and framework supporting business strategy
- Provide leadership by sharing knowledge, providing guidance, supporting the development of technology teams and leading by example
At times you will be required to work ad-hoc out of hours.
This role will be based either in Melbourne, Adelaide or Bendigo.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in IT, Business and /or other relevant qualification preferred
- Demonstrated senior level experience in service recovery, business continuity and / or technology ideal
- Strong relationship building skills to work with multiple stakeholders with the ability to advise, influence and negotiate
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills with the ability to work across complexity and meet critical timeframes
- Strong problem-solving and resolution focused capabilities with a continuous improvement mindset
