We’ve never been ‘just a bank’. Just like you should never be ‘just an employee’. We’re united in our belief that in banking, better can be bigger, and together we’re making it happen.
It starts here. With Bendigo Bank… and you.
We currently have a new and exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to join the team as Sustainability Performance Analyst. Reporting into the Head of ESG & Sustainability (and joining a small, non-hierarchical team that is supportive, knowledgeable, and incredibly passionate about making a difference!) you will play an integral role in assisting the team to implement the bank’s ESG and Sustainability Business Plan.
A key focus of the role is the management, governance, modelling and coordinating the assurance of ESG data, so you will be required to research, analyse, compile, benchmark, derive insights and present sustainability-related data and information.

- Analyse ESG data, and summarise its impact, in readiness for presentation within sustainability reporting and other stakeholder engagements.
- Manage relationships and work with internal stakeholders to collect, collate and assess relevant sustainability information, indicators and metrics. Build capability across the Group on understanding reporting and data integrity.
This is a permanent position, and we are open to full time or part-time (0.8 or 0.7 FTE) for the right person. Perfect if you are studying in the field. Sydney, Melbourne or Bendigo are the preferred locations
We prioritise our people with a hybrid model that currently includes a minimum of 40% per week in a Head Office/Regional Office, increasing to 60% as of July 2025.
