We work collaboratively across the business to provide valuable insights, solutions and feedback, ensuring we are constantly evolving to be Australia’s bank of choice.
We currently have a 12-month secondment opportunity for a Customer Advocate Lead to join the team in either a full time or part time capacity (4 days per week). This is your chance to make a real difference! As a Customer Advocate Lead, you'll be conducting in-depth reviews of our products, services, systems, and processes, identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions. Imagine directly influencing how we support customers experiencing vulnerability and create a banking experience that truly puts people first.
What you’ll do
- Champion the voice of our customers: Actively listen to their needs, understand their challenges, and translate those insights into actionable recommendations.
- Drive impactful change: Lead thematic reviews, conduct deep dives, and develop data-driven strategies that improve customer experiences across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate across teams: Build strong relationships with colleagues from diverse departments, fostering a culture of shared purpose and continuous improvement.
- Think strategically: Apply a critical lens to our existing operations, identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
What you'll bring to the role
- A deep passion for customer-centricity and a desire to make a tangible difference in people's lives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to influence key stakeholders at all levels.
- Previous experience conducting thematic reviews or deep dives is desirable, but your drive to learn and contribute is most important.

This role can be based in either Melbourne or Bendigo. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model with a minimum requirement of 40% of your time per week in the office, increasing to 60% as of July 2025.
