This is an exciting opportunity to join the new Retail Retention team within National Sales Enablement.
To be successful in this role you will facilitate holistic conversations with customers to deepen and retain the relationship. You will have a solid understanding of the Bank’s product suite to be able to provide the customer an offering that is tailored and relevant to their circumstances, and to help build their financial wellbeing. An essential part of the role will require you to provide sound credit decisions for both our customers and for the Bank.
As part of this role, you will be required to develop strong working relationships within the Retail network and other internal functions to deliver great outcomes for customers.
As a Home Lending Specialist, in the Retail Retention team you’ll require the following:
- Good understanding of the Bank’s lending products, policies, and regulations
- Extensive customer service experience
- Ability to work in a virtual team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in Personal or Home lending, loan servicing and conducting health checks
- Ability to adapt to and accept change
- Proven relationship building skills to achieve financial outcomes
- Understand financials and performance of the business
- Lending experience is preferable (Personal Banker level and above)
- FSRA Accreditation T2 – Deposit Taking & Non-Cash Payment Facilities & General Insurance
- Understanding of LINX, 3270, C360, Valex, Retail Dashboards and LAPS
