We’re looking for a Head of People Analytics to lead our high-impact People Analytics team, driving the strategy that unlocks powerful insights and informs business-critical decisions. Reporting to the General Manager, People Strategy & Capability, you will:

Set and lead our people data strategy, directly enabling the bank’s group strategic plan and transformation agenda

Oversee the delivery of advanced analytics, actionable insights, and enterprise-wide people reporting that drive workforce productivity, engagement, and commercial outcomes.

Partner with senior executives to translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations that shape the future of our organisation

Lead and develop a talented team across analytics, insights, and reporting – fostering a culture of curiosity, innovation, and impact.
What you’ll bring to the role

Deep expertise in people analytics, workforce planning, or organisational insights – with a proven track record at a senior or strategic level.

Strong commercial mindset and ability to link people data to broader business objectives, including productivity, culture, and growth.

Experience influencing executive stakeholders and driving strategic workforce decisions.

Passion for storytelling through data, with exceptional skills in translating insights into clear, compelling narratives.
