Are you a driven leader with a passion for agriculture and a knack for fostering team success?

Reporting directly to the Head of Agribusiness Customer Delivery, the Manager will lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional service to our valued agribusiness clients. You will be tasked with creating a high-performance culture, identifying operational efficiencies, and ensuring regulatory compliance is maintained.

As we drive towards the goal of achieving market-leading turn-around times this role requires proven leadership in agribusiness, strong customer relationship management skills, and a commitment to exceeding client expectations. While open to all locations, we would prefer the role to be located in Brisbane, Dubbo or Warrnambool.

In this dynamic and high-impact role, you’ll make your mark by:

  • Lead and coach a remote team of Agribusiness Relationship Associates, driving performance and capability development
  • Champion customer-centricity, ensuring quality support and exceeding expectations
  • Oversee operational efficiency, maintaining compliance and consistently meeting service timeframes
  • Work to remove barriers and obstacles for your team by providing feedback and insights that enable change
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the bank to deliver seamless service

 

What you’ll bring to the role

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Proven leadership experience in a similar agribusiness or banking environment
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management and operational excellence
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and high-performing team culture
  • A passion for driving growth and achieving ambitious goal

 

We would also love you to have:

  • A tertiary qualification in business, commerce, finance or a related discipline
  • Experience with Active Ops / Workware planning and methodologies desirable
