Become a key player in the Virtual Home Lending team! As a Home Lending Specialist, you’ll be responsible for driving home lending growth, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships entirely virtually. You'll manage customer interactions across various digital channels - phone, email, messaging, and emerging technologies—to fulfil home lending needs. Your focus will be on delivering needs-based sales, expanding customer product holdings, and achieving personal lending growth targets while consistently providing outstanding service. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to utilise your expertise in an innovative, virtual environment and make a significant contribution to enhancing the customer experience and deepening customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Home Lending Fulfilment: Provide needs-based sales and seamless home lending fulfilment to customers across various channels (phone, email, messaging, etc.).
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, focusing on their financial needs and expanding their product holdings.
- Growth & Performance: Contribute to personal lending growth targets, ensuring exceptional service in every interaction.
- Digital Proficiency: Utilise advanced technology and digital capabilities to manage customer interactions effectively.
- Collaboration: Work effectively within a virtual team environment, collaborating and strengthening stakeholder relationships.
To Succeed in This Role, We'd Love You To Have:
- Lending experience and a good understanding of our Bank’s lending products, digital offerings, policies, and regulations.
- Passionate about customer service and a proven track record of deepening customer relationships.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Self-driven and highly motivated.
- Strong technology and digital capabilities.
- Adaptable and thrive in a changing environment.
