Key responsibilities: 
• Process transactions and documentation accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer needs are met.
• Respond to inquiries and resolves issues, acting as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Apply knowledge to interpret policies and procedures and solve problems.
• Support operational excellence by maintaining accurate records, performing quality checks, and identifying opportunities to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders, assisting colleagues, sharing knowledge, and helping meet team goals.
• Manage priorities and deadlines, often handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting process efficiencies and supporting special projects as required.

Banking and finance experience: Experience in banking, finance, or related industries at any level is preferred but not essential — we value skills, attitude, and potential above all.
 
We offer flexible work options that put our people first and a hybrid model of minimum 60% on site attendance (3 days a week).
 
This role is Full-time (38 hours per week, Monday – Friday), 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, based at any of our head office locations. Ideally Bendigo or Adelaide.
