As a Support Officer / Loan Services officer you will assist with developing and maintaining effective relationships with Sales and Distribution staff, whist concurrently liaising with various stakeholders (internal / external) to ensure seamless end to end settlement processing for our customers, nationally.

You will bring your relationship building skills to maintain strong relationships both within your team, and across the wider Business and Agribusiness Team and stakeholders. These stakeholders include our Government partners, customers, solicitors and advisors.

Furthermore, you will bring your keen eye for detail, recommend alternative solutions based on changing customer or business needs, all whilst delivering a professional customer experience.

In the case of Exceptions/Escalated Issues, you are proactive to deal with them promptly and viable solutions are put forward and implemented so as to avoid these being repeated. You will work with our risk partners and stakeholders to ensure a positive outcome for the business and our customers.

What skills we'd love you to bring: 

  • Experience in an administrative, banking, legal or conveyancing environment where organisational
    skills, attention to detail and a focus on customer needs is valued.
  • An understanding of the Business and/or Agribusiness environment would be desirable but not essential.
  • Knowledge and experience of security documentation, and/or financial analysis ideally within a financial or banking environment is highly regarded.
  • A proactive approach to identify customers’ needs where appropriate and willingness to provide outstanding support to our stakeholders.
  • The ability to work well within a team environment and ability to balance/prioritise own work with that of the team’s priorities.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft applications and business systems (both internal and external) such as BENflow, DoxGate, RFS, PEXA, ABS and C360 is highly desirable.

We offer flexible work options that put our people first and a hybrid model of minimum 60% (3 days a week) on site attendance. 

This is a Full-time, 12-Month Contract available, based at any of any of our head office locations (Ideally Bendigo, Adelaide or Melbourne)
