The Role

  • Are you looking for a role that has a mix of tasks, develops your leadership skills and performs an essential health service? TasEquip offers all of this.
  • The Senior Customer Service Officer is a key support for the Team Leader and acts as the "go to" person for staff and prescribers.  
  • The Senior Customer Service Officer supports and trains the Customer Service Officers to ensure that the TasEquip policies and processes are followed, and the warehouse operates efficiently.
  • They support the Team Leader in strategic change and undertake all warehouse operations alongside the Customer Service Officers.
  • The role is a mix of administration, customer service and equipment handling
  •  Primarily a day worker, the Senior Customer Service Officer participates in the statewide on call roster as the senior staff on weekend and public holidays on a shared basis with Team Leaders and Senior Customer Service officers from the northwest and southern TasEquip teams

Details of Appointment

Fixed term full time, day worker (with on-call) position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from as soon as possible until 23 January 2026.

Classification:  General Stream Band 3, Range 1.

Salary $73,811 - $79,779 per annum + 12% superannuation + access to salary packaging

  • Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022

*Registration/licences that are essential requirements of this role must remain current and valid at all times whilst employed in this role and the status of these may be checked at any time during employment. It is the employee’s responsibility to ensure that registration/licences remain current and to advise the Employer if their circumstances change. This includes notifying the Employer if a registration/licence is revoked, cancelled or has its conditions altered.

  • Current Driver’s Licence.
