The Role
- Provide high-level secretarial, administrative, and executive support services to the Clinical Director of Acute Medical including, ensuring the prompt, sensitive and confidential handling of information and general internal/external enquiries.
- Provide efficient coordination and support services to the management by undertaking word processing, note taking, scheduling of meetings, setting up spreadsheet and database, monitoring/responding to e-mails and maintaining a comprehensive electronic diary.
- Draft, edit and prepare correspondence, reports, statistical data, and other documents associated with the performance of the Acute Medical Stream for auding and reporting purposes.

Details of Appointment
Fixed term part time, day worker position, working 38 hours per fortnight, commencing from as soon as possible until 31 December 2025.
Please note that hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant
Classification: General Stream Band 3
Salary $73,811 - $79,779 per annum pro rata + 12% superannuation + access to salary packaging
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
