Suitable for an experienced Branch Manager looking to expand their experience by overseeing the Tasmanian Commercial Painting business, both in Hobart and Launceston.
Preferably based in Hobart.

- Needs a strong sales background with operational knowledge
- Prepared to travel between branches (2.5hrs) as required
- Overseeing the development and future growth of the business
- Seeking out new business opportunities and possible new branch locations
- Prepared to challenge our opposition with strategic strategies
- Train and develop new staff members

- Strong customer engagement and relationship building
- Track record of running a profitable branch, forecasting abilities, and P&L management
