About The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our WA Housing contract operations in Port Hedland. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of maintenance services to community housing, ensure quality work allocation, and manage a high-performing team of supervisors, trades and support staff.

The Maintenance Supervisor is primarily responsible for the effective and efficient execution of all maintenance work through supervision of Programmed Employees and Sub-Contractors, on time with quality outcomes in a cost effective and safe manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day service delivery including work order allocation and reporting
  • Define work order scope and specifications
  • Lead, support, and develop a multi-trade maintenance team
  • Ensure compliance with service levels, KPIs and HSEQ standards
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong service levels
  • Manage customer service interactions and resolve escalated issues
  • Monitor subcontractor compliance and performance
  • Deliver accurate and timely reports as required by management and clients

About You

Additionally, you will provide first-class customer service whilst maintaining a commitment to safety.

Additionally, you will possess:

  • Australian Working Rights
  • VALID C Class License (mandatory)
  • Current satisfactory National Police Check (within 6 months or willing to obtain)
  • Construction White Card
  • First Aid training and other Trade-based competencies (desirable)
  • Building Trades qualification (desirable)
  • Intermediate Technology Skills
