About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to support a large-scale Facilities Management contract throughout NZ. This full-time role is critical in ensuring service delivery aligns with contractual requirements, compliance standards, and client expectations. You will help Programmed demonstrate and deliver on our commitment to continuous improvement..

You will work closely with the Contract Manager, and form strong relationships with the contract operations and assets team to drive operational excellence across one of our largest national infrastructure contracts through continuous improvement, quality assurance to deliver  high-quality outcomes.

Location: Petone, Wellington

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Review quality processes, embedding assurance practices and controls into workflows, creating transparency and efficiencies.
  • Evaluate current operations and delivery enhancements to stream line workflows and embed quality.
  • Establish quality documentation and maintain QA frameworks.
  • Understand complex requirements and communicate them clearly and succinctly
  • Monitor compliance with contractual obligations, , and regulatory standards
  • Identify non-conformances, implement corrective actions, and track remediation
  • Support internal and external audits, including client and regulatory audits
  • Provide clear reports on quality performance, risks, and improvement opportunities

 

 

About You

To join our team, you will have proven experience in a quality assurance or performance role, preferably within a facilities management, government or contract environment with exceptional communication skills. Additionally, you will possess.

  • Qualification within quality assurance, compliance, or project management would be desirable
  • Strong understanding of contract management, audits and performance frameworks
  • Knowledge of WHS, risk and regulatory compliance in operational environments
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and relationship skills
  • ISO standards exposure (ISO 9001,45001, 14001)
  • Strong reporting and data analysis skills
