About The Opportunity

Programmed is currently seeking a Quality and Compliance Coordinator to support the business across the East Coast. Situated in our state-of-the-art office located in acclaimed Collins Square in Docklands, this new full-time role will be pivotal in assisting the implementation, maintenance, and management of our business management systems. This role also involves partnering with the business to provide quality assurance guidance and support to achieve its environmental, social, and governance (ESG) objectives, while playing a crucial role in the effective delivery of important services for our clients and wider communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and review legislative subscriptions with key stakeholder engagement to ensure compliance, and communication to the business.
  • Ensure all business documents are monitored and maintained through the Integrated Management System (IMS) with key stakeholders for relevance and validity.
  • Provide support to the Group Licensing Coordinator to ensure compliance and renewal requirements are maintained.
  • Assist in maintaining HSEQ Systems Internal / External audit programs, enhancing business systems to uphold certification standards, and ensuring compliance with governance requirements.
  • Support initiatives and improvements identified through the business improvement program.
  • Assist in developing and training employees on systems and processes, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance requirements are met.

About You

To excel in this position, you will have previous experience working with quality management systems and be focused on a collaborative approach in the workplace. This position would be suited towards someone with a quality or operational background with strong interpersonal skills, additionally you will possess the following.

  • Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Ability to think laterally
  • Strong time management and prioritisation abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
