The Role

A fantastic opportunity exists for a focused and energetic self-starter to join our Warrnambool team, as Operations Supervisor.

Reporting directly to the Contract Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of vacant property works and oversee the completion of Property Condition Reports by a third party provider, ensuring that all work is delivered on time, meets the highest quality standards, and complies with client requirements

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supervising sub-contractors to ensure timely and quality delivery of works
• Conducting regular inspections to maintain high standards and adherence to safety protocols
• Managing and resolving any issues that may arise during project execution, ensuring client satisfaction
• Maintaining strong relationships with the client and all stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and communication.

Skills and Experience 

To be successful in this challenging role you will require:

• ­Proven experience in a supervisory role preferably with a Trade background
• A keen eye for detail and a can do attitude
• A strong commitment to follow management systems with good time management skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Administration and excellent presentation skills
