The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and driven individual to join our Painting Services team as the Branch Manager. We are seeking a qualified and experienced leader with the resilience, energy, and vision to guide our Perth team to new heights.

As a key contributor reporting directly to the Head of Painting for SA/WA/NT, you will play an integral role in driving the growth and success of our branch. You’ll work closely with the Head of Paints to execute our Grow Strategy Plan, building a strong, high-performing team that consistently meets its KPIs. Your responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding our existing client relationships, and fostering long-term partnerships across all levels of the organization. Skills and Experience

  • A successful track record of managing sales and marketing activities, establishing effective and productive relationships with clients, peers and subordinates
  • A good understanding of estimating and project management principles and activities
  • Creativity and initiative combined with a can-do attitude
  • The ability to lead a team
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, high numerical abilities and excellent presentation skills
  • A strong commitment to and understanding of quality and OH&S management systems
