The Role
We are currently seeking a Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant and highly successful team based in Burswood, WA. Working within a team of experienced professionals, this role will see you build and run a specialised permanent recruitment desk.
Skills and experience
To thrive in this position, the following attributes are highly valued:
- Self-motivated and outcome-oriented individual with ideally a minimum of three years’ experience in recruitment or equivalent, managing significant customer portfolios and/or teams.
- Have a strong desire and eagerness to be successful and achieve results through hard work and dedication, coupled with a desire to build long term relationships and gain opportunities.
- Previous experience recruiting with industrial and commercial placements will be highly regarded.
- Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to establish strong working relationships with clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Generating new business through telesales of prospect and existing clients
- Visiting prospect and existing clients to promote our brand and generate placements
- Organic growth of existing client relationships
- Generating leads from advert chasing and reverse marketing
- Sourcing and screening of candidates to current and prospective job orders
