About The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Storeperson to join our facility maintenance team delivering capital work projects and maintenance to our essential client, The Melbourne Airport. Based in Tullamarine, the position will be responsible for ensuring the storeroom is kept clean, maintained and functioning to high capacity for the trade and management teams. This position would be ideal for someone who has previous stock take experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage a stock control system for the warehouse
• Order any equipment or materials required for the teams
• Ensure equipment and materials are stored and tracked correctly
• Work closely with trade teams to ensure efficient storeroom function
• Manage and process any receivables coming into the storeroom
  
  

About You

To thrive in this position, you will have previous experience in a stock take or warehouse role with excellent organisation. Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:

• Forklift license is preferable
• Ability to work independently
• First-class stakeholder engagement and customer service skills
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft suite
• A strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others
