About The Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity exists for a Project Coordinator to join our busy team on the Department of Communities contract based in Newman. This integral role is responsible for managing operational activities on the job, including safety, contractors, compliance, and profitable project delivery.

Nature of the position: Permanent, Full Time

Location: Newman

Reporting Line: Project Manager - Housing

Key responsibilities

  • Organize timely provision of project services to meet safety, timeframes, budget and quality requirements.
  • Monitor associated key performance indicators.
  • Manage client expectations through frequent, accurate and timely updates, and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
  • Follow company processes and procedures for working with contractors and assist in ensuring that all subcontractors have the necessary knowledge, skills and competencies to deliver the operational requirements in line with Programmed HSE policies and procedures.
  • Receive and respond to service/work requests from the client and coordinate appropriate actions in a timely manner.
  • Ensures the safety of all people on our sites through our HSEQ policies and procedures.

 

About You

  • Current Driver’s License
  • First-class stakeholder engagement and customer service skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Competencies in the use of excel, word, project & outlook.
  • A strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others
