The Role
A fantastic opportunity is now available for an experienced Call Centre consultant to join our dynamic and friendly team based at Melbourne Airport.
Reporting to the Operations Centre Manager, this position:
- Responds to email/phone enquiries
- Raises work orders in Maximo & Promap systems
- Schedules and manages work orders based on priority
- Liaises with trade staff and sub-contractors to coordinate attendance to works
- Identifies work order trends
- Ensures works are completed in line with KPI’s
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience within a call centre environment, preferably from a Facility Management background
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Ability to multi-task through use of multiple systems tools and processes
- Exceptional people skills with an approachable nature
