About the Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for a motivated and hands-on Gardener to join Programmed’s Grounds Maintenance team in Wyndham North. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a stable, long-term role where you can grow your career and make a real impact.

This is a permanent, full-time position offering long-term stability, ongoing development, and the chance to be part of a supportive, close-knit team. You'll work Monday to Friday, with optional overtime available.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform weed and pest control through spraying and manual weeding.
  • Undertake all horticultural activities, including formative pruning and hedging of trees and shrubs.
  • Implement mulching and planting programs.
  • Use commercial small plant horticultural equipment.
  • Report all assets using technology at each scheduled maintenance visit.
  • Ensure sites are maintained and presented to a high standard.
  • Comply with all occupational health and safety processes and procedures

 

About You

  • Certificate II or III in Horticulture (Desirable – not necessary) 
  • A Current Driver’s license
  • Experience in operating a range of mowers, and small plant equipment
  • The ability to execute work to a high standard.
  • A clear commitment and understanding of Quality and Health, Safety and Environment systems
