The Role
Programmed Energy & Resources are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment & Mobilisation Officer to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in our fast paced and dynamic industry. Working with a close knit team, this role will enable you to further develop your skills within the Mining & Resources industry sectors with exposure to multiples sites and disciplines.
This role is a 40hr week, Monday - Friday currently located in Welshpool.
The main responsibilities of this roles are:
- Establishing effective relationships with internal and external key stakeholders
- Source & pipeline talent from multiple channels
- High volume blue collar recruitment for shutdowns across Western Australia
- Source new candidates and grow existing talent pool.
- Maintaining mobilisation trackers
- Ensuring qualifications for candidates and potential employees are obtained and current
- Manage the on-boarding for any new employees, including gathering/checking tickets and guiding employees through pre-employment requirements inc. D&A testing.
- Interpretation of awards and EBA’s
- Ensure all employees have a consistent and positive recruitment experience
- Some recruitment administration duties;
- Undertake any ad-hoc projects, initiatives
Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years experience within Recruitment/Mobilisation
- Competent in use of MS Office
- Motivated, passionate and have good initiative
- Strong communication skills with an ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong computer and administration skills
- MyPass / Page Up / Fast Track System Exposure (Advantageous)
- A demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands
