About The Opportunity
Programmed’s Facility Management department are currently seeking a qualified Carpenter to join our Housing NSW Operations Team. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team that provides reactive, proactive and general maintenance throughout the facilities. This position is responsible for undertaking carpenter associated works for preventative maintenance, general reactive maintenance, and programmed upgrades/modifications across various residential sites.
Nature of the position: Carpenter
Location: Attending to various properties; however Head Office is Parramatta
Reporting Line: Contract Manager

About You
To join our team you will have proven industry experience, preferably on major commercial and industrial sites, a ‘can-do’ attitude and a passion for quality work. Additionally, you will have:
- A trade qualification in Carpentry/Joinery
- Current driver's license & white card
- Execute work that is of a high standard
- Ability to maintain in-vehicle component/parts stock levels
- Administrative ability to maintain and submit job cost labour allocations
- Highly motivated
- A strong commitment to and understanding of quality, environmental, occupational health and safety management systems
